The roof in our opinion is huge selling factor as bounce house normally used in spring and summer, the roof makes a good addition to provide a nice cover for the kids to play outside without getting sunburned (compared with other roof-less models, a couple of user resorter to purchase an extra canopy to provide ample shade for the kids to play).

And yes, the roof can be taken out if needed. This bouncer is also suitable for indoor use which we think is perfect for parents planning to use the bounce house all year round – outdoors for spring and summer (thanks, roof) and indoors during colder months.

Surprisingly, this model can handle big kids up to eight years old, with a total weight of 250 lbs. For that, we honestly think this version of Little Tykes is a solid choice if you want certainty for the kids to use and the sturdiness the bounce house comes with, that makes it reliable for all-year use.

The only downside is the brand only provides a 90-days warranty for the bouncer, as opposed to two, three years for other brands (which we have no idea why they’re so wide in margin).
